¿How can I help you?

CONSULTATIONS ON BILINGUALISM AND LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT

An initial consultation to understand your family’s language situation, answer your questions and provide guidance tailored to your family’s circumstances.

It may be helpful if you have questions about language development, exposure to multiple languages, maintaining the family language or decisions related to bilingualism.

ASSESSMENT OF THE FAMILY LANGUAGE OR LANGUAGES

When a more in-depth assessment is needed, it provides a clearer understanding of how the child is developing in the languages used within the family environment.

The child’s language skills are assessed taking into account their history of exposure to each language and their bilingual or multilingual context.

FAMILY LANGUAGE READING AND WRITING PROGRAMME

For children who speak one language at home but are mainly educated in another and want to develop their reading and writing skills in the family language as well.

The programme is tailored to the child’s level, from the early stages through to the consolidation of reading comprehension, spelling, vocabulary and written expression.

Available in: Spanish, Catalan and English.
Format: individual or group sessions online.

¿How can I help you?

Adults with specific or temporary difficulties who are seeking professional support for their daily life

Children and adolescents, with or without a diagnosis, who are experiencing challenges that affect the way they learn, relate to others, or organize themselves

Preschools, Primary and Secondary Schools, and Special Education Centers

Thanks to recent advances in fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging), we now know much more about how the brain learns and communicates. This is why, in our interventions, we work on the cognitive processes that underpin learning and language —such as memory, attention, executive functions, phonological awareness and processing speed— to achieve real and lasting change.
